Sherry grew up in Dallas Texas.  After college, she worked in Banking/Bank Management for 15 years where she spent a short time in Stone Mountain before getting married.  She also worked for both Rich's & Macy's. She returned to Georgia in 1985 and the banking industry for another 12 years. She joined the staff of ALLSTAR in 1997. Her working career has been a mixture of customer service and management.

Life motto: It is never too late to take on a new goal.

When how asked how she likes working for ALLSTAR, she replied: "It does require a lot of extra energy to work with all those young people, but I cannot think of a better job to have than watching young people take on a task and working hard to meet personal and team goals."
